New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said he was pleased with the ease of the voting process, despite COVID restrictions, after casting his ballot this morning in today's provincial election. The 28-day campaign was notable for the unusual steps candidates had to take to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.
