Health officer says normal life not likely until summer because of COVID-19

British Columbia's provincial health officer says physical distancing and self-isolation rules over COVID-19 may have to carry on into the summer. Dr. Bonnie Henry says the province will always be in some form of prevention until there's a vaccine or enough people are immune.
