With clock ticking to April 20 deadline to sit again, Scheer says Parliament needs a plan

The House of Commons broke in March for fear of spreading COVID-19 with its meetings but it's slated to resume Monday. Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer says MPs shouldn't get together the way they normally would but there needs to be a mechanism for sittings where opposition members can question ministers about their actions.
