Quebec makes masks mandatory for students in Grade 5 and up

The Quebec government is making masks mandatory for students in Grade 5 and up, but not inside the classroom. It updated its back-to-school plan today which creates larger classroom bubbles. Authorities say wearing masks full-time would be difficult for children.
