Massive federal debt for COVID-19 manageable: Morneau

Finance Minister Bill Morneau says borrowing hundreds of billions of dollars to shield Canadians from the economic blast of COVID-19 was the right thing to do. In releasing his fiscal snapshot of the costs, Morneau says the move avoided immense long-term damage and the low-interest borrowing is manageable.
