With an important vote in the House of Commons coming Wednesday on funding the federal government's operations, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh says the bare minimum he'll need to back the Liberals is an extension of the Canada Emergency Response Benefit for people who can't get back to work because of COVID-19. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the Liberals are working on it and expect to have a solution.
