B.C. asks for feedback on COVID-19 spending

British Columbia Premier John Horgan and Finance Minister Carole James are asking the public to provide feedback on how to best spend about $1.5 billion earmarked for the COVID-19 recovery. Horgan says the province has been meeting with businesses, labour, First Nations and not-for-profits, but it also wants ideas from an online survey.
