Quebec politicians to form group to tackle racism, but Legault says Bill 21 is different

Quebec Premier Francois Legault has introduced an “action group” of legislature members tasked with coming up with a plan to tackle racism. The premier also brushed off suggestions the province’s secularism law banning religious symbols for some public-sector employees is racism — saying secularism and racism are different.
