Minister urges limiting gatherings, cancelling Thanksgiving plans

Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube raised the urgency of the province's COVID-19 messaging, calling on Quebecers to avoid non-essential gatherings and cancelling their Thanksgiving plans. Dube says authorities are expecting high infection counts in the coming days, but are hopeful avoiding gatherings will get community transmission under control.
