Ford urges young people to respect public health rules

Ontario Premier Doug Ford says young people must avoid going to parties and respect physical distancing rules after the province has seen a spike in COVID-19 cases. Ontario reported more than 200 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday for the first time since late June, and the province’s health minister says most were in people aged under 39.
