Finance Minister Bill Morneau says the new North American trade deal will bring stability as the government watches the economy for signs of trouble. The U.S., Mexico and Canada put the final touches on the renewed deal Tuesday to soothe concerns from congressional Democrats and begin the ratification process in Congress and in this country.
