Lack of diplomats in Syria means little help for Canadians stuck after fall of ISIL: PM

Human Rights Watch says dozens of Canadians left behind after the defeat of the Islamic State terror group in the Middle East deserve more help getting back. They include some who should face justice for their acts abroad, but also an estimated 26 children. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada has no diplomats on the ground there and that limits what this country can do.
