Conservatives demand to know why Liberals didn't release military's report on care homes earlier

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer says the military delivered its report on "dreadful conditions" at long-term care homes in Ontario two weeks ago. He demands to know why it took until now for the report to be made public. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says his cabinet ministers acted upon the report when they received it last week.
