PM, premier, decry 'deeply disturbing' military report from Ontario nursing homes

When the Canadian Forces went to help overwhelmed workers in Ontario and Quebec long-term care homes in the COVID-19 pandemic, they say they expect to find problems. But the military has filed a report from Ontario on deplorable conditions, neglect and inadequate protective equipment in a system Premier Doug Ford said has been broken for decades.
