Legault happy that Quebec hitting testing goals

Premier Francois Legault says he is happy that Quebec managed to hit its goal of 14,000 daily COVID-19 tests twice last week. Legault says he wants to ramp up testing in the coming weeks and months. While the numbers are improving, Legault says the situation remains fragile in the Montreal area and that's why the province is opening gradually.
