Former Flint Pipe Worker Explains Daunting Task

A longtime pipe worker in Flint, Michigan, says the city's plans to remove up to 15,000 lead pipes will be both time-intensive and costly. Jeff Steiss said he "didn't drink the water very much," and that the pipes were "ugly on the inside." (Feb. 10)
