Federal Liberals see Ontario budget as blueprint for Scheer

The Ontario Conservative government unveiled its first budget Thursday, outlining a plan to gradually tighten spending with much of the heavy lifting coming at the halfway mark to the next provincial election. In reaction, the federal Liberals are linking planned spending cuts by the Ford government to what they say Canadians can expect if Andrew Scheer’s Tories were elected to govern the country.
