Just days after a winter storm hit Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes, another is on the way. Jennifer Smith, national warning preparedness meteorologist with Environment Canada, says a stubborn weather system bringing frigid temperatures to the Prairies is forcing these storms around it, sending them to the east where snow is piling up. (Feb. 14, 2025)
