Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday accused Russia of violating recent ceasefire agreements mediated by the US and called for sanctions on Moscow. Russia said it has sent a list of Ukrainian 'violations' of their agreement to halt strikes on energy facilities to the U.S. and other diplomatic organizations.
