Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke to the U.N. Summit for the Future on Monday and urged nations to hold Russia accountable for what he called "its terror." Russia proposed an amendment that would have significantly watered down the U.N.'s "Pact for the Future," but only six other countries supported it.
