Newsroom Ready: Ottawa intervenes to end work stoppages at ports in Vancouver, Montreal

Labour Minister Steven MacKinnon says he’s ordering the Canada Industrial Relations Board to impose binding arbitration to end work stoppages at ports in Vancouver and Montreal after negotiations reached an impasse.
