Spike in COVID-19 cases in Edmonton triggers voluntary restrictions

Alberta is reporting it's highest daily number of COVID-19 cases, with 364 new infections - and most of them are in Edmonton. The province's top doctor wants those in the capital region to voluntarily abide by three public health measures.
