Government House Leader Pablo Rodriguez accused the Conservatives of going too far with their motion to create an “anticorruption committee” to investigate the WE controversy, saying it would suggest a lack of confidence in the government and also take up time better spent helping Canadians through the COVID-19 pandemic.
