CANADA BRIDGE 20170406

Two large bison guard the entrance to Canada Bridge that spans the Maria van Bourgondielaan Canal on April 6, 2017 in the city of Bruges, Belgium. The structure which bears the symbol of the 12th Manitoba Dragoons, was built in 1948 by sculptor Octave Rotsaert to honor the Canadians soldiers who liberated the city from the Germans on September 12, 1944.
