TRUDEAU

Placing Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau's present parliamentry predicament in a nutshell is this poster which has been hanging in his office hallway since the Oct. 30, general election. Trudeau (L) is in a minority position Nov. 8, 1972 holding only 109 seats of the 264-seat House of Commons. With the oppostition Progressive Conservatives havin 108 seats and the New Democratic party holding the balance of power, the consensus is that it wont be long before the cat falls on the floor. Other two in photoare Trudeaus aides. (CP PHOTO/ Peter Bregg)
