(OTT8) MONTREAL, Oct.30--A TIE VOTE--Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, dressed in a tie stenciled with the word, vote, strikes a confident pose during a visit to the Liberal Committee room in the riding of Mount Royal in Montreal, Monday.
