COC chief says Priestman likely aware of spying

The head of the Canadian Olympic Committee, David Shoemaker, says the head coach of the national women's soccer team was likely aware drones were used to spy on an opposing country's practices in France. Bev Priestman was suspended from the Olympic Games after reports emerged that team staff spied on two New Zealand practices ahead of the tournament opener. (July 26, 2024)
