Olivier Charest of the GEDI (Generation d'idee) installs brooms on road construction signs, asking for a public inquiry in the construction industry Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the legislature in Quebec City. They installed 125 brooms, each bearing the name of one of the 125 legislature members and invited them to come and pick their broom from the pack in support to their demand of a public inquiry.
