Afghan 100 Monument 20071211

FILE -- Master Warrant Officer Albert Boucher, the camp sergeant major, is responsible for placing the plates and tending to the memorial, June 7, 2008, at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Boucher's duties is watch over the marble monument to Canadians who have died in Afghanistan.
