(QBC 103)LAC DU HA!HA!, Que., Aug. 9 -- Roger Cayer, a Ferland resident, point to the dried out Ha!Ha! lake and the new river that was created as the 12km lake emptied out during the July 20th flood. The new river left a canyon of over 1000 feet wide. Part of the city of La Baie was washed out by the river.(CP PHOTO) 1996 (stf/Jacques Boissinot) jqb
