William Dancer, project manager for the raising of the Irving Whale enjoys a lighter moment after the salvaged barge was loaded onto the submersible barge BOA 10 that will transport it to Halifax as the salvage operation continues in the Gulf of St. Lawrence near Charlottetown, P.E.I.
