Vancouver mayor Ken Sim says city council will move to eliminate the city’s elected park board and fold it into city hall. City councillors Christine Boyle and Adriane Carr criticized Sim's plan as undemocratic, saying the plan was a "significant distraction from the budget process that we have underway at the city."
