Trudeau pushes for global carbon price at COP26

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he is pushing other nations to impose a global price on carbon by 2030 that would cover 60 per cent of the planet's greenhouse gas emissions. Speaking at United Nations climate talks in Scotland, he also commented on whether Canada is considering border carbon adjustments, which would ensure imported goods are subject to the same carbon costs as domestically produced goods.
