Singh says military misconduct review amounts to damage control
NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh says another review of sexual misconduct in the military, which was announced by the Liberal government Thursday, fails to protect women. Singh is calling for immediate action to reform military culture and set up an independent process for reporting and investigating misconduct, as recommended in the 2015 Deschamps report.
