Community members, city officials and advocates gathered in Toronto's north end to honour the life of eight-year-old JahVai Roy, who was killed by a stray bullet that entered his family's residence last weekend. Family members say they hope nobody forgets the boy's name as it echoed around the apartment building he once called home, and advocates say they hope the fatal shooting becomes a call to action against further gun violence.
