Newsroom Ready: Indigenous people in Fredericton mark Truth and Reconciliation Day

Red, orange leaves fell from trees as Indigenous and non-native people gathered in downtown Fredericton to mark Truth and Reconciliation Day. Indigenous attendees say they are heartened to see “allies” come together to mark the day and baby steps are being taken toward reconciliation but more needs to be done. (Sept. 30, 2024)
