Newsroom Ready: Canada needs Parliament fully functional in pandemic crisis, Scheer says

Parliament can have fewer MPs in the House of Commons chamber, says Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer, but it needs more activity than three-times-a-week sittings of a special body that's only supposed to talk about COVID-19. The country has other problems and concerns to deal with, he says, and the federal parties need an agreement to start addressing them starting Monday.
