Newsroom Ready: Banff National Park restores native trout to backcountry lake

Parks Canada has been working since 2011 to restore westslope cutthroat trout habitat in Banff National Park. About 4,500 to 5,000 small fish have been released into Hidden Lake in the backcountry near Lake Louise Ski Resort.
