Moe disappointed in carbon tax court ruling

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe says Friday's ruling from Saskatchewan Court of Appeal is disappointing, but is only the first step in fighting Ottawa's carbon tax. The court ruled in a 3-2 decision that the federal government's carbon price is indeed constitutional.
