Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says a deal between the Liberals and NDP will provide certainty and stability, allowing Parliament to get things done for Canadians. He says the deal will focus on issues on which the parties agree, including action on dental care, pharmacare, climate change, housing and paid sick leave.
