Halifax gets lock-down order amid rising COVID-19 cases

Premier Iain Rankin says rising COVID-19 case numbers mean a lockdown for the Halifax area. The month-long “circuit breaker” restrictions are necessary after 38 new infections were identified Thursday with 33 in the Halifax area alone.
