(XPAP 106) PORT-AU-PRIN CE, Haiti, April 5--RCMP staff sergeant Bernard Jean of Ottawa, Ont. gives a few instructions to a Haitian police officer as they arrive on a hostage taking incident at a convent in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
