Grey Cup parade takes over Winnipeg as Blue Bombers end long-time drought

Downtown turned into a sea of blue and gold Tuesday as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers drove through the streets to celebrate their Grey Cup win. About 10,000 fans screamed loudly as the parade, along with the silver trophy, made its way through the city, marking the end of a 29-year drought. The Bombers won their 11th Canadian Football League championship with a 33-12 victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Sunday in Calgary.
