Dead juvenile whale washes up on the shore near Buenos Aires

A lifeless whale was found Wednesday stranded just meters off a beach in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. Experts from the Cethus whale conservation and research center believe the carcass belongs to a juvenile of the endangered sei species that migrate from Patagonia to Brazil.
