China's army of food delivery drivers get by with help from discount 'loving meals'

After the lunchtime rush, it's time for China's food delivery drivers to eat. Liu Lijie is breaking from his 13-hour shift for a discounted bowl of lamb noodle soup. The reduced price is part of a scheme offering free or cheaper meals to people in need. It’s called "aixincan”, or "loving meals" and it’s offered at some restaurants in major Chinese cities where migrant workers come looking for jobs.
