Prime Minister Mark Carney says he was at a summit with First Nations leaders so he could listen their concerns with the government's major projects legislation. The meeting comes almost a month after the Building Canada Act passed, allowing the government to fast track major projects like pipelines and transmission lines and First Nations leaders say their rights are not being respected.
