Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canadians who applied for pandemic-relief benefits in good faith and have received warning letters from the Canada Revenue Agency that they might not have been eligible don't need to pay anything back immediately. He says the government will track down fraudsters but others should await word of new measures.
